August 8th:
Allyse is currently in Greece, training. The Opening Ceremonies begin in only 4 days! Also, Allyse's official site was released, and you can visit that at www.allyseishino.com More updates will be coming soon!

July 22nd:
I am going to be on vacation for the next two weeks so there won't be any updates...sorry! For the latest news on Allyse you can try here. I'll be working on expanding the site once I get home! For right now, though, there is a new wallpaper up.

July 21st:
There is a new layout on the site! A new misc. photo from selection camp is up. Expect more updates and hopefully some new additions to the site coming soon =)

July 18th:
Allyse was named as an Olympic Alternate for the team. Congrats Allyse! Click here and here for more info. More updates coming soon!

July 17:
Allyse has been at the Olympic Selection camp all week. Sorry for lack of updates, but this is a closed camp, so no information is yet available. The team will be announced tomorrow night during Track and Field Finals. Tune in around 7PM EST tomorrow on NBC...the announcement is scheduled for around 7:45 PM EST, and there should be a 15 minute segment for the announcement. GOOD LUCK ALLYSE!!!!!!

July 11th:

A new article was added (see except above). Camp starts this week, and the Olympic team will be announced Sunday, July 18th during NBCs broadcast of the Track and Field Olympic Trials. GOOD LUCK ALLYSE!!! Also, a new picture from trials was added.

July 7th:
The Routines page was added to reflect Allyse's SV's from trials. Also, the title of her floor music is now on that page. I didn't realize it wasn't there before. Thanks to everyone who emailed and posted in the guestbook to alert me of this!

Update 2: The photo gallery was updated with a new trials picture.

July 5th:

July 4th:
Happy 4th of July! The good luck message form was taken down, and the messages are being sent to Allyse! Thanks everyone for contributing!

July 3rd:
Today is the last day for sending in good luck messages for Allyse. They are going to be typed up and sent tomorrow, so get them all in today! Thanks for all the support you've given her so far!

Update One: The first batch of photos from Trials is up, as well as a misc. photo. More updates are coming later on today.

Update Three: Please click here to send in good luck messages for Allyse for the selection camp competition. Also, Allyse's schedule was updated with the selection camp dates, and the results page was updated with her Trials AA placement. Look for new avatars, icons, and support buttons coming soon!

June 27th:
Allyse had another solid night of competition on Day 2 of trials. On vault she scored a 9.4. Then she stuck her bars dismount for a 9.475. Beam was a 9.35, and floor was a 9.4. Allyse finished 5th overall, and she was named to the Olympic Selection Camp team.

June 26th:
Allyse competed in Day one of Trials last night. She started off with a clean routine on bars, scoring 9.375. She followed that up with a solid beam routine for 9.325. On floor she debuted a new pass of a tucked full in and scored and 9.2, and she ended the night on vault with a 9.325. Allyse currently is in 8th place. Teammate Tabitha Yim is in 5th. Good luck to Allyse in the finals and don't forget to watch on TV tonight and tomorrow!

June 24th:
Olympic Trials begin this weekend! There are two days of competition on Friday and Saturday, and both days will be televised (June 26th at 8pm eastern and June 27th, 7pm eastern). GOOD LUCK ALLYSE!!!

A report from podium training at trials was posted on GymnZone, and Allyse appears to be looking good. She has upgraded her floor, and it now has a 10.0 Start Value.
